The Road Ahead.

Bev and I fly out to Denver on June 29 to hook up with my brother Steve and his wife, Cheena for the start of our trip.  We will be riding our Harley's up thru Montana and into the Canadian Rockies.  Our route will then have us going West then South thru Vancouver and into Seattle to visit with our sister's family and see some wine country as well as spend time on the lake.  From there it is the trek back to Denver and a plane ride home. A total of just over 4,000 miles.

I shipped our 2010 Harley FLHTK out to Steve's home in Littleton, CO a couple of weeks ago.  I know it is a touring bike and to ship rather than ride seems sacrilegious.  But, hey, I've seen KS and MO on a motorcycle in the 100+ degree heat for days on end...twice. I got nothin' to prove to noboby.  There's a whole lot of not much to see between here and there and I am savin' my butt for the Canadian Rockies.
Here is a tentative route for our trip.  We take off on the afternoon of the 30th. and hope to get a few miles and the big city of Denver behind us ASAP.
